Our Vegas Trip - Day Two Afternoon |
After resting Toby and I went back to the monorail to head north. We got off at the end which is the casino. We were going to walk over to the Stratosphere but we saw the roller coaster so we went in and got Toby situated to ride.
When we decided to get on the monorail we ended up waiting 45 minutes before we finally gave up and went to hail a taxi back to our hotel. Apparently there was some kind of problem so the monorail wasn't running. While we were on our way to our hotel we saw at one of the stops the monorail started running again.
We had to get back to the hotel so we could get cleaned up and dressed to go to the Legends Show. Jerry and I had been to a Legends show in San Juan Puerto Rico quite a few years ago so when we saw that there was a Legends show in our hotel we got tickets.
Toby had never been to a show such as this so it was a good experience for him. He really enjoyed the show. We saw Bruce Springsteen, The Temptations, Gloria Estefan and of course, Elvis. It was a GREAT show.
