Our Charleston Trip - Day Five

Carriage Ride

Today our plan was to take a carriage ride so Jerry, Toby and I headed downtown in search of the Carolina Polo Carriage Company. We parked near the stable, bought our tickets and then boarded the carriage shortly thereafter.

We wanted to do the tour early since it has been getting pretty hot during the day.

We had a good tour. We saw some of the old neighborhoods with houses that were built in the 1700's. It is amazing that they are still standing after the hurricanes, earthquakes and wars.
