St
Lucia |
|
Jerry and I were up early to get ready for our St Lucia by land and sea. The first half of the tour was by land. We were hoping we would get to do the land first.
One of our visits was to a coconut and cocoa plantation. The roads on the way there were pretty windy and we were up the mountain quite a ways. The views were beautiful.
We took a tour through the plantation and then they served us lunch. After lunch we went back to Soufrie and boarded the catamaran for the second part of our trip. We sailed into Margot Bay. What a beautiful place. This is where they filmed Dr Dolittle.
On our way back to Castries the Rum Punch was flowing freely. We enjoyed the ride and the drinks.
We did get to shop for a short time before boarding the ship. The ship left port at 5pm. We were able to enjoy the views as we left St Lucia.
This was semi-formal night in the dining room.
